Tammy Fovargue
I discovered the merits of massage while recovering from injuries, witnessing first-hand how massage can further the healing process. My sessions are a reflection of my integrative nature and draw from various modalities I've studied over the years. I recognize that each client is unique; therefore, each session is customized to that person’s specific needs at the time. I consider myself a facilitator for my clients as we endeavor to connect the physical, mental, and emotional restoring balance to the whole being. My focus is to offer relaxation, pain relief, balance and better function.
My training began in California, but has since taken me many places. My experience as a therapist has been expansive, offering opportunities to work with adults and children with special needs, athletes, orthopedic/injury rehabilitation, emotional trauma, and high end resort and spa clientele. Your own customized massage may draw from the following: swedish massage, hot stone massage, Sacred Salt Scrub, deep tissue, cranio-sacral therapy, myfoascial release, structural integration, somatic emotional cleansing, shiatsu, thai massage and trager.
Together, we can create your ideal body-work experience!
