This type of massage focuses on releasing and relaxing areas of chronic tension. Using a variety of muscle release techniques, your therapist will target tense and painful areas, to bring relief.

Reflexology 60 minutes $120

Reflexology focuses on the feet and hands as reflections of the entire body. By massaging and working these pressure points, the entire body benefits. Your feet are wrapped in warm moist towels while reflexology techniques are performed on your hands. The reflexology points of the feet are then also worked, to round out your treatment.

Aromatherapy Massage 60/90 minutes $130/$190

Essential oils can have a profound effect on body, mind, heart and soul. Your therapist will custom blend the essential oils which speak to your needs of the moment. After a gentle dry brushing, you'll receive a balancing massage with your own personal oil. The 90-minute session includes a light wrap and a head, neck and scalp massage.
